These bars are naturally sweet, slightly chewy, and packed with watermelon seed protein to help you power through workouts, workdays, or just snack attacks. All you need is one bowl and a fridge!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick oats work great)

  • 2 scoops Smash Melon watermelon seed protein

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (or your favorite nut/seed butter)

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1/3 cup almond milk (adjust if mixture feels too dry)

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (plus a few extra if you're feeling generous)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Pinch of salt (to balance the sweetness)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  2. Add the peanut butter, honey, and almond milk. Stir to combine.

  3. Mix in the oats, Smash Melon protein powder, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and melted coconut oil until everything is evenly incorporated.

  5. Line a small baking sheet or pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer.
