Where does Smash Melon ship?

Currently, we ship everywhere within the United States. We are working hard to expand to more locations in the future!

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is subject to their conditions. Smash Melon is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out to us using the contact form below.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our products (food and supplements), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on either opened or unopened products.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We want to make it right! If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please complete the form below within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the product and the packaging

How do refunds work?
