Order Processing

Once you place your order, we get to work. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package heads out, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Where We Ship

Currently, Smash Melon ships within the United States. We’re working on expanding to additional locations in the future.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are subject to their service conditions. Smash Melon is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
