Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, all food and supplement sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on open or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smashmelon.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review it and make things right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Timing
depends on your bank or payment provider, but we’ll process it as quickly as possible
on our end.
